Community First Insurance Plans (CFIP) includes a full range of practitioners, hospitals and other healthcare providers in its Marketplace network. When recruiting practitioners and providers to participate in our network, we consider the travel distance our members have to reach that provider location. We select providers for participation in our networks based on their demonstrated ability to meet our credentialing criteria and willingness to care for Marketplace enrollees. CFIP does not use measures of cost, quality or member experience when selecting providers to participate in our networks.

Vision services for Health Insurance Marketplace Members are offered through National Vision Administrators (NVA).
